Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you are passionate about helping small businesses grow through your comprehensive approach in accounting. This person must be experienced, self-motivated and have a “team attitude”. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze financial transactions to the proper general ledger accounts

  • Reconcile all balance sheets and cash accounts

  • Perform monthly financial closing processes including preparation of monthly financial statements

  • Income and expense analysis

  • Reconcile tax liability accounts/Prepare tax worksheets

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Bookkeeper are as follows:

  • 4 Year Degree in Accounting or Finance

  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience

  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Possess the ability to communicate effectively

  • Proficient at QuickBooks
